This will ensure that the body is properly hydrated and that the body is able to function normally. Proper hydration is an effective means of lowering the blood pressure in the body. 10. The next method in lowering blood pressure in the body is to discuss various options with your doctor. Your doctor will be able to suggest various ways to reduce blood pressure.
